In 1992, email was new, floppy disks were the standard, and turnaround times for tasks were expressed in business days, not hours. We first opened our doors as PC Helps in Philadelphia, with a brand new idea—to supply expert technology support and help employees stay productive.

25th Anniversary

In 2020, Vitalyst and our Adaptive Learning Platform, our flagship lifecycle learning and adoption solution for Cloud productivity and CRM tools serving Global 2000® and other large enterprise customers throughout North America received the 2020 US Modern Workplace Award for Teamwork from Microsoft. In Microsoft’s Fiscal Year 2020, Vitalyst engaged with over one-hundred Microsoft customers in the United States, employing adoption readiness planning and utilizing the Adaptive Learning training programs to effectively establish Microsoft Teams as the centralized communication and collaboration hub for all workers.
