BALA CYNWYD, Pa. – August 13, 2018 – Vitalyst, a global provider of client learning and change enablement and change management services, is pleased to announce that Kelly Houlihan has joined the company as Vice President of Account Management. Houlihan brings 25 years of sales and leadership experience within the tech industry to Vitalyst.

In her role, Houlihan will be responsible for leading the Account Management team to manage and grow existing client accounts, as well as identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand accounts through additional value-added services. She will ensure the highest levels of customer service by leveraging a collaborative, cross-functional approach to account management, and look to serve as the executive sponsor for Vitalyst customers.
Prior to joining Vitalyst, Houlihan served in many roles within Ricoh USA—most recently as the Managing Director and Vice President of Enterprise Sales and Vice President of Sales. During her tenure at Ricoh, she was instrumental in growing the service business by providing customers with strategic solution offerings aligned to business objectives. Houlihan also led the sales team to maintain and grow a significant customer base, ranging from SMBs to enterprise clients. She also mentored emerging leaders within the organization and embraced opportunities to get involved with customers and within the community—having served on the Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity Council and Marketing Advisory Council, co-chaired the Customer First Committee, and Program Leader for International Women’s Day.
Houlihan is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Business Administration.
