Kelly brings more than 25 years of sales and leadership experience from a global technology company to Vitalyst. She has a proven track record for delivering results and developing employees. In her current role, Kelly is responsible for the development, management and oversight of Vitalyst’s Account Management team.

Paulo has been with Vitalyst for 20 years. Starting as a support agent and eventually leading the Customer Experience Group. This has given Paulo unique insight into delivering an excellent customer experience. Paulo leads call center operations and takes a holistic approach to delivering an end-to-end customer experience by strategically looking for ways to resonate with customers, improve and enhance processes for superior customer delivery.

Kelly is responsible for leading Product Management at Vitalyst, as well as overseeing our Adaptive Learning Platform which streamlines the employee experience and brings all of Vitalyst’s services together into one central location. Prior to becoming the Director of Product Management, Kelly served as the Director of Operations and the Employee Engagement Manager at Vitalyst for 8 years. Kelly brings over 15 years of B2B and B2C operations and leadership experience to Vitalyst, focusing on creative, innovative and strategic approaches to problem solving and product development.

Shawn focuses on providing end-to-end client solutions for overall organizational growth directly related to their adoption, performance, and user experience. He has more than 15 years across various regulated industries with both domestic and international footprints. In his current role, Shawn is responsible for the development, management and oversight of Vitalyst’s Change Management and Training teams.

Laura has over 15 years of software industry experience with a background in account management and partner sales. Laura received her MBA from LaSalle University with a specialization in Management. Driven by her commitment to client and partner alignment, she has helped the organization achieve numerous Microsoft Partner of the Year awards. Her current responsibilities include maintaining the Vitalyst/Microsoft partnership and helping to drive new business through partner alignment.

Having joined the company in 2006, Matt brings more than 15 years of experience in sales and leadership to Vitalyst. Previously, Matt served in roles such as VP of Sales and VP of Managed Helpdesk Services — a blended experience which has allowed him to assist in building a cross-functional process that bridges the understanding of customer needs, and the delivery of custom solutions to achieve the desired outcome.  In his role as Senior Director of Sales, Matt is responsible for the professional development, management, and oversight of Vitalyst’s Sales team.

Barry O'Donnell

Barry is responsible for leading the day-to-day business operations, as well as providing strategic oversight as Vitalyst continues to advance its legacy of outstanding client service and progressive growth.

Prior to becoming CEO, Barry served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Account Management at Vitalyst for five years. His prior professional career spans over 20 years in progressive sales and operations positions.
