In FY19, we have helped more than 100 Microsoft customers progress through their digital adoption journeys using our PROPEL Methodology. PROPEL is a proven approach that drives digital adoption, innovation and growth by moving individuals through the five stages of Prosci’s ADKAR model.
What makes our methodology unique is our distinct focus on change execution and delivery, helping our joint customers to accelerate their deployment, adoption and active use of Microsoft technology.

At the end of FY18, the FastTrack Incubation team had a theory:
Could serialized or delayed deployment of Office 365 be a direct result of customers’ lack of resources to effectively manage the impact of change on their employees? If so, how could they quickly develop a program to help customers overcome this blocker?
The Microsoft 365 Onboarding and Incubation Pilot was developed to help customers address these challenges. The focus of this program was to identify a test group of strategic enterprise customers struggling to deploy Office 365, and provide them with an effective onboarding and adoption solution, including:
Change management and communications
Self-paced and instructor-led learning content
End-user training support and software coaching

Given the success of the Microsoft 365 Onboarding and Incubation Pilot, the FastTrack Center was anxious to expand the program. Responding to the massive usage target for Microsoft 365 in Fiscal year 2019, the FastTrack Center challenged to develop a way to deliver the program at scale, globally, so that strategic clients around the world could benefit, regardless of country of origin or language requirements.
To develop a solution that could scale globally, be easy to for customers to quickly deploy with intuitive management, we partnered with Microsoft’s SharePoint Online Product Group (US). Together, Vitalyst and Microsoft brought together the power of Microsoft’s collaboration technology with Vitalyst’s experience and intellectual property. The result is Adaptive Learning for Microsoft 365.
The Impact of Adaptive Learning for Microsoft 365
Launched in March 2019, Adaptive Learning for Microsoft 365 is already having a global impact on Microsoft 365 customers. To date, 14 customers from 8 different countries are engaged, with two currently live on the platform and leveraging the content and support. In addition, customers are already requesting information on how to extend the program to help accelerate their deployments of advanced workloads such as OneDrive for Business, Teams and InTune.
With Custom Learning for Office 365 we're on the bleeding edge in creating a collaborative Microsoft AND Partner open source training solution. Vitalyst has been a shining example around engaging, partnering, and developing an offering that compliments their business priorities based on Microsoft's platform.
