Vitalyst’s Adaptive Learning solution offers a comprehensive and powerful portfolio of end user and IT training services across all three phases of the product adoption lifecycle: change enablement, onboarding and activation, and continuous learning.  Whether your business is just getting started with its Office 365 implementation, seeking to increase usage of an existing set of productivity tools, or leveraging Dynamics365 to build new, integrated business processes, Vitalyst equips your user community with the knowledge and skills necessary to leverage the full power of your workplace productivity tools.

In Microsoft’s Fiscal Year 2020, Vitalyst engaged with over one-hundred Microsoft customers in the United States, employing adoption readiness planning and utilizing the Adaptive Learning training programs to effectively establish Microsoft Teams as the centralized communication and collaboration hub for all workers.  Following these project related efforts, Vitalyst partnered with its customers to implement continuous learning solutions, sustaining a culture of learning and employee collaboration as Microsoft continues to add new tools and enhancements to its Office 365 products.

“2020 has brought unprecedented challenges to businesses around the world. Enterprises everywhere were forced to instantly navigate the future of remote work, and to unpack every ounce of potential value in their existing technology investments to keep their employees productive.  Enabling users to leverage all features within Microsoft Teams is a necessity to avoid employee fatigue and mitigate productivity losses.  The Adaptive Learning platform was key to helping our clients overcome these obstacles. We look forward to continuing this momentum in Fiscal Year 2020 with our continued focus on Office 365 and Dynamics365.”
