Judy has more than 25 years of experience leading marketing strategy, teams and operations. She focuses on building brand awareness, demand generation and tying marketing strategies to sales objectives to drive revenue growth.

Key accomplishments: In her 10+ years at SEI Investments, she transformed the company’s lead generation programs and built new corporate-wide go-to-market strategies. Prior to that, she spent many years working for a Marsh, Inc. subsidiary (Seabury & Smith), leading the affinity marketing team and managing its largest marketing account, AARP.

Previous employers: SEI, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Seabury & Smith

First job: As a teen, Judy worked as a grocery store cashier, waitress and telemarketer… excellent training for a marketing career she had not yet envisioned.

Little-known fact about Judy: Joined the circus for a day! Judy attended an event at the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts and walked the (5-foot) high wire, learned to juggle and swing on the trapeze.

Motto/business philosophy: Just do it.

Toughest decision ever made: To drive her own snowmobile on an eight-hour ride through Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming while on vacation

Education: Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, B.A. in communications-journalism; University of Maryland, M.G.A. in business and marketing

Interests/civic engagement: A leader in the marketing community, Judy is a longstanding member and past president of the Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association (PDMA). She is currently on the board of directors for the Professional Women’s Roundtable (PWR), the marketing committee for the DMAX Foundation, and is an active member of the Philadelphia American Marketing Association (PAMA). She has also judged several direct marketing awards programs for the national Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA).
