BALA CYNWYD, Pa. – July 28, 2016 – Vitalyst, the leading provider of software coaching for enhanced how-to support, smooth migrations, Managed Help Desk Services and in-person and web-based training programs, announced today that Jim Tate will serve as Vice President, Product and Portfolio Development.
“For over a decade, Jim has become integral to the overall growth of our company, representing the critical bridge between the needs and evolving expectations of our clients, the services of our company, and the skills of our staff,” said Paul Rigby, Senior Vice President, Business Operations at Vitalyst. “His insight will be key in developing and promoting new services, as well as enhancing existing ones.”
Previously, as Vice President, Client Solutions, Tate served as the vital interface between Sales, Account Management and Operations to assure smooth transitions and launches for clients. His understanding of bringing together internal and external perspectives will be instrumental in ensuring the right services are available for our clients, and that they receive the ultimate customer experience.
During his tenure with Vitalyst, Tate has served as a Team Leader and a Productivity Consultant. He has also contributed to a number of key business initiatives, including the introduction and growth of Managed Help Desk Services, Custom Support Services, and development of the Help Me kNow self-help application.
A graduate of Villanova University with degrees in Information Systems and Computer Science, Tate has also served on the Editorial Board for HDI’s SupportWorld publication and was a member of the HDI Customer Technical Support Advisory Committee.
