Karl has more than 30 years of financial and operational experience in the technology consulting, telecommunications and manufacturing fields. He has built high-performing teams and developed creative solutions for new opportunities at startup and Fortune 500 companies. At Vitalyst, he is responsible for financial operations and reporting, as well as recruiting and HR.
Key accomplishments: At Diamond Management & Technology Consultants Inc., Karl led two secondary offerings, a $100+ million stock repurchase program, and the acquisition of an international consultancy. He was a key member of the management team that grew the firm from a startup to $200+ million in annual revenue before it was acquired by PricewaterhouseCoopers. At MCI, Karl was the finance lead on contract negotiations generating over $2 billion in new revenue. At Henson Group Sports, he restructured key supplier relationships and negotiated a new ownership structure.
