Engage Your Customers & Provide

Engage your customers and help them understand the criticality of a comprehensive end-user readiness and adoption program, and what it means to the success of their project. Providing a quote is easy.

  • Click here to build a quote
  • Fill out the sections and click SUBMIT
    (Note: some information will require a ‘best guess’. The rates provided will represent Vitalyst’s cost to MS and will need to be marked up)
  • Select service add-ons that you feel are critical for your customer’s success (Note: found on the right hand side)
  • Click Submit. The tool will automatically produce a quote using standard MS package rates.

Click Request Budget Estimate and BE DECK and an email will be sent containing both items

 

 

Present to Your Customer

The BE deck produced in Step 2 will give you the info you need to present a compelling solution to your customer. Delivery Engagement Model
Vitalyst staffs a Delivery Management Team fully dedicated to MS. We have experience working with—and under—MS Engagement teams to deliver customized, effective adoption solutions to complex global customers. When your deal moves to the contract stage, please submit a request for a Vitalyst delivery lead. Vitalyst will reply with a preliminary assignment form and set a ‘kick-off’ call with one of our experienced Delivery Managers.
