BALA CYNWYD, Pa. – September 24, 2015 – Vitalyst, the leading provider of employee software coaching and information technology services, announced today that Jim Tate has been appointed Vice President, Client Services.

Tate was previously a Client Solutions Director at Vitalyst and also spent time with the company as a Team Leader and as a Productivity Consultant. Since joining the company in 1998, he has contributed to a number of key business initiatives, including the introduction and growth of Managed Help Desk Services, Custom Support Services, and development of the Help Me kNow Application.

In his role as Vice President, Client Services, Tate will serve as the critical interface between Sales, Account Management and Operations to assure smooth transitions and launches for clients. He will be responsible for managing policies, procedures and processes essential to Vitalyst sales productivity and operational performance including planning, reporting, sales process optimization, opportunity and deal execution, and internal sales enablement tools and materials.

A graduate of Villanova University with degrees in Information Systems and Computer Science, Tate has also served on the Editorial Board for HDI’s SupportWorld publication and was a member of the HDI Customer Technical Support Advisory Committee.
