New devices, the mobile revolution, and the intersection of corporate and personal computing have altered the way people work. IT’s traditional approaches to support, training, security and policy are changing too.

This is one of the main areas of focus of Vitalyst at the 23rd annual Help Desk Institute (HDI) conference at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The annual event, which runs through Friday, April 19, brings together more than 2,200 IT service and technical support professionals to address today’s most pressing service and support challenges.
